Dragon Age: Origins tells a surprisingly involving story and introduces these wonderfully complex, realistic characters. On top of it all is professional, at times even inspired voice acting, making the cinematic elements of the game eerily lifelike.
Alistair is one of the lead characters. In some ways he's closer to being the main character than even the player is. He has some of the most touching and shocking lines I've ever seen in a game. Unfortunately his dialogs are quite bugged, especially during endgame.
Being who I am, I decided to do something about it, and built this mod which fixes most, if not all of the problems in Alistair's dialogs.
Making it was a bit of a roller-coaster ride, with many hours spent in frustration over this issue or that, but in hindsight, it's been worth my while. I've learned to use yet another toolset, and this one is immensely powerful. For those that don't speak the game-modding dialect, let me just say that, with willing voice actors, one could make anything from a whole new game to a high quality cartoon using DA toolset.
But I digress... If you're playing DA, and especially if you're playing a female character in DA, chances are you'll want to download my mod. In that case, I hope you'll enjoy it!
